Warranty Replacement Policy
The warranty for electrical products is valid for 2 years from the date of delivery.
The warranty extends to 3 years if the customer has purchased the optional 1-year extension.
If any electrical component of the device proves to be defective during the warranty period, a replacement product will be provided free of charge.
The warranty does not cover:
Physical damage to the product
Wear and tear resulting from normal use
Defects caused by improper, incorrect, or negligent use
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, please contact us by email at: info@casaetech.com
You will receive an automatic response. Please reply to that email with a video clearly demonstrating that the product is not working (e.g., showing the device turned on, charging, or connected).
If you are unable to show the defect via video, we may request that you return the product for inspection by our warehouse team.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns will not be accepted.
Only claims that fully meet the above conditions will be processed and approved.
